ZDNet Whitepaper about Offshoring

I found this ZDNet Whitepaper.

It is an overview about Offshoring. But nothing new. Of course “cost” is the driving issue behind offshoring.

I am missing citations from Lacity, Kern or Willcocks.

I can’t see any new Business Models in there. Shifting Production offshore was already done in the 90’s.
